Finsaver is a specially formulated coating containing acrylic polymers and anti-corrosion agents. Finsaver seals and protects aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, chrome, titanium, galvanised metal and stainless steel. Finsaver does not affect heat transfer and protects both painted and unpainted surfaces. Ideal for use on air cooled condensers located in costal and aggressive industrial environments
Directions for Use
Clean surface thoroughly and allow to dry completely. Protect surrounding area from overspray. Shake can well before use. Spray a thin layer in a sweeping motion 15-20cm from the surface. Finsaver dries, dust free in 30 minutes. To maximise effectiveness, apply several thin coats to prevent bridging between fin edges, restricting airflow. Treated surfaces can be handled after one hour. Do not use at temperatures at or below 5°C. As a guide, when applied correctly, one can of Finsaver will cover approximately 1m² of coil face. For fouled air cooled condensers, prior cleaning with either Hydro Balance 4X Coil Cleaner Concentrate or Coilkleen Acidic Detergent Coil Cleaner is recommended.
